Welcome to the FemiWear Affiliate Program! This policy outlines the terms and conditions for affiliates promoting our products. By joining the program, you agree to comply with these terms. Our program is designed to reward affiliates for driving sales through approved marketing channels.
Registration and Approval
- Affiliates must apply through our website and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- Applications are reviewed within 1-2 business days.
- FemiWear.pk reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.
Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn a commission of 10% on each successful sale made through their unique affiliate link.
- Commissions are calculated based on the net sales amount (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts).
- Special promotions or discounts may impact commission rates.
Payouts
- Minimum payout threshold 1000 PKR.
- Payments are made monthly via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Transfer.
- Commissions will be withheld if sales are deemed fraudulent or canceled.
Cookie Duration
- Affiliate referrals are tracked using cookies.
- The cookie duration for referrals is 30 days. If a customer makes a purchase within this period, the affiliate is credited with the sale.
Promotional Guidelines
- Affiliates must use their unique affiliate link for tracking sales.
- Approved marketing channels include blogs, websites, email campaigns (non-spam), and social media.
- The following activities are prohibited:
- Misleading or false claims about FemiWear.pk products.
- Using paid ads on branded keywords (e.g., “FemiWear.pk”).
- Spamming or unsolicited bulk messages.
Termination of Affiliate Status
- Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by notifying us in writing.
- FemiWear.pk reserves the right to terminate any affiliate for violating this policy or engaging in unethical practices.
- Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if the termination is due to policy violations.
Policy Modifications
- FemiWear.pk reserves the right to modify the terms of this affiliate policy at any time.
- Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or updates on our website.
