The Returns Policy

At FemiWear, we aim to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, please review our return policies below. This policy applies to all products purchased through our website.
Returns & Exchanges
- We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 07 days of order delivery for an exchange.
- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for exchanging the items.
- Customer needs to exchange the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Customer only can exchange his item.
- We don’t process any type of refund only exchange is possible.

If you wish to exchange any portion of your online order, please complete the Exchange Form and include it with your return shipment.

2. Repack Merchandise
Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Form are included with your return shipment.
3. Ship To
Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address that is mentioned in Exchange Form.
